One must be a legal citizen to claim a stake in land.
One must relinquish value to the governing entity on a schedule that is established by the governing entity to maintain a stake in land.
The value can be in the form of the national currency or a stake in the value of anchored assets; which are assets that cannot be physically removed from the land that they reside on.
The value of anchored assets are appraised by the governing entity in a cycle that is established by the governing entity.
Re-evaluating the value of anchored assets can result in the claimer losing their stake in the land and it's anchored assets if the un-relinquished value of the anchored assets in conjunction with any national currency that the claimer relinquishes to the governing entity is less than the amount of value that the claimer was requested to relinquish to the governing entity in a stake maintenance period.
The governing entity is entitled to forcefully remove the claimer and their assets from the land if the claimer fails to maintain a stake in the land within a stake maintenance period that is established by the governing entity.
Renting land or it's anchored assets is prohibited.
The governing entity must erect and manage safe and comfortable housing with basic utilities that people can rent for hours, months, or years. This will replace hotel, motels, and rented housing.
